"My name is Dr. Jennifer Logan and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey with doctoral level training. During the past 19 years in the field of behavioral health, I have worked with a diverse population of clients. I bring my professional expertise and life experience to help you on your journey. Since each client is a unique individual, I utilize a combination of techniques and approaches tailored to your specific needs. My specialty lies in individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, phobias, fears, and panic attacks though I am able to identify and treat a broad range of other concerns, such as mood disorders, self-esteem issues, addiction, and codependency, to name a few. My approach to the therapy is tailored to meet the needs of each individual client. Utilizing techniques primarily from the Cognitive Behavioral Model, I meet the client where they are in their life journey. Every client has a great deal to bring to therapy from their life experience, perception, opinions, past and present relationships with others, etc. My role as your therapist is to focus on your strengths, assist you in improving them, and discover additional strengths. I am an empathic and caring therapist who recognizes the fact that therapy can be a painful and difficult process. I provide an environment conducive to self-discovery and exploration. As a team, we can work today to explore your life experiences, both past, and present, and discover healthier ways of facing life challenges and managing emotions."
