Twice I have gotten new cars during that time and would take them to the dealership for the first few months (dealerships always recommend this, of course). I quickly realize my mistake and return to Hertzog s. I have never once been talked into paying for repairs or extra services here. They always take the time to explain the issue and why it needs to be addressed -- something dealerships seem to dislike. The person you talk to is the one making the repair and not some customer service representative at a desk, who has little knowledge of the situation. There have been a few times where I needed emergency service and they have always been accommodating. I highly recommend them.
