      I must say for our first visit, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised, nearly overwhelmed. The greeter was courteous, the hostess( can't remember her name, sorry )was friendly and helpful, and our waitress( Amanda )was also friendly, helpful, and understanding. This was our 10th wedding anniversary dinner, and I wanted it to be better than what we normally do. So I set checked online and found this restaurant to be agreeable to what I had in mind. Our dining experience was better than expected, the food was overall far better than standard fare, the service very good, and the atmosphere charming and relaxing, welcoming as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good atmosphere, very good food, and great service. My only real complaint is not about the restaurant, but that I did not have more money to spend there. In any case, if you haven't been here yet, stop in and enjoy, and if it's been a while, stop in again. Thank you Black Horse Tavern.
