Last week I went to this to this dealership looking for a new used car. The friendly, professional service was immediately apparent when I met Caleb, the salesperson who came to help me. He was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted and needed. I told him I would return Thursday and make a decision . Thursday was Caleb's day off. When I returned on Thursday Caleb was there even though it was his day off. He had come in to help me. Before the day ended, I purchased 2 cars from Caleb. Jason, the sales manager, was called in to do paperwork. Both these men made my purchase fun and effortless. I will return to Denver and this dealer when I need to purchase again. Many thanks to Caleb and Jason for making purchasing such a fun and satisfying experience. Other car salespeople and managers should take a lesson from Caleb and Jason--/they are the best!

My husband and I came in looking for a pre-owned convertible. They had a nice selection. Our sales person was excellent; he was very patient with us while we test drove many convertibles. He was happy to show us any car we wanted to see and test drive. We ended up buying that afternoon. If we had not, we would have continued to do business with them while waiting on them to find the "perfect" convertible for us. The paperwork was quick and painless. We'd do business again with them in a heartbeat.

All cars advertised were available at this dealership. We had been to several other dealers who did not update and the cars were not always there. This dealership does have all cars listed.. They have a good selection of used automobiles with a good range of price and value. They were pleasant to deal with.

Recently, I bought a 2005 BMW 325CI convertible from Darin Grooms Auto. Both the sales person (Caleb) and the Manager (Jason) were friendly and helpful during the purchasing process. The car was in very good condition, except for a couple of issues. Jason helped me to fix these issues to my satisfaction. I am happy with the purchase and the car. Good car buying experience.

Called and drove to Denver to check out 2008 X5. SUV was in great condition and took a test drive with my salesperson Jacob. Got a good offer for a trade as well. But decided to wait, because I was looking for a X5 with the large tires the ture look of a sport model. Jacob called and asked me to take a look at the 2007 X5, it had everything I was looking for. Jacob called with an great offer on my Lexus, So if things hold, I will buy the X5 this up coming week. And as suggested I will buy an warrenty on my new car. Just to be safe.

Great dealer, great vehicles, very professional. If you're looking for that special car these guys have it and its in great shape inside and out. I was extremely impressed with their thoroughness no detail was left untouched. I have never had a better car buying experience. I was in and out in a reasonable time frame. Unlike the big name dealers where the same process seems to take 4 -5 hours, and you have to see multiple people multiple times. I highly recommend these guys.
