I just want to say that Scott Auto Body in Denver, NC, has great customer service. In 2010 I was in an accident. An illegal immigrant blew through a stop sign and T-boned my car, smashing in the whole left side. Scott Auto Body fixed it up to look new (paid for of course by the insurance company of the dude who actually owned the car that the illegal idiot was driving). I noticed for the past few months there has occasionally been a rank mystery smell in my car. After a while it became clear the smell happened every time it rained. Somehow my floorboard was getting wet. I found my paperwork and brought the car to their shop where they fixed this mystery smell problem at no cost to me. I had no hassle just showing them the paperwork and letting them know I thought I had a lifetime warranty for the work 4 years ago, but wasn't really sure it was related. They honored it. They found where the water was leaking in and I had my car the next morning. Just awesome! It's rare I feel I receive
