The public warehouse has 125,000 total square feet and 30 feet of clear height. Commercial space is available for short term or long term lease. WSI further provides freight brokerage services with 40 dock doors for efficient loading. Features include railroad access by Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe. WSI's Denver warehouse is FDA certified and a Responsible Care Partner. Specialities include pick and pack warehousing for consumer products, food-grade storage, chemical logistics and Hazmat transportation.
