I am new to online business. I needed a shopping cart but I dont have a lot of products, and I didnt have a big budget or an angel investor. Unleaded recommended Big Commerce as a solution for me and Im happy to report that the template design I opted for looks as custom as any of the websites on Unleadeds Portfolio, some that I imagine cost $100,000 or more. What I liked about working with Unleaded was that they prioritized me and my rather small (by comparison) project as if I was one of the $100,000 clients. I was assigned a Project Manager just like Unleadeds biggest clients and she kept me on task and on deadline. My Big Commerce site is launched and Ive made more sales than Id expected and want to grow that even more. Unleadeds training also helped me, giving me the confidence to change products on my site and prices too.
