I did not have a service contract but ALWAYS get my phone call answered by my salesperson 24/7. I cannot say how much I appreciate that. I love this stuff and am always adding to my systems in Denver and at the ski house. They are professional, clean, curtious, and in and out of my home like audio/video ninjas. Rob C.
