I ordered a topper with an accordion cut out. After waiting two weeks installation was made. I noticed they cut the topper wrong, here we go again, I waited three more weeks when they said it would be two. I made an appointment for the day they assured me it would be in. They called me just hours before the appointment, told me their truck broke down. They guy I spoke to seem not to care at all, saying well there is nothing we can do. I say to anyone who wants to shop here go somewhere else, If something goes wrong these guys are careless and irresponsible.

Working with Chris at Suburban Toppers turned out to be an excellent decision! Chris helped me choose the best (not the most expensive) topper for my Nissan Titan truck. I found this to be a great way to enhance the value and usefullness of my truck without needing an expensive upgrade to an SUV. The installation went as scheduled and was done well.
