Sports Column Denver is the BEST sports bar in Denver. Fast and friendly service and exceptional food. Football Sundays are full of all different sports teams and with 8 big screens and numerous 42'' screens there would be no game that can not be played. Summer time at the Sports Column is a wonderful place to hang out before and after Rockies games. Rooftop patio with more televisions and a great view of the Rockies Stadium. They have the best specials and Happy Hour is not just happy once a day. . with two Happy Hours going everyday through out the week you can always find cheap drinks. I LOVE the Sports Column and wouldn't bet on any where else to go in Lodo.

Food is good & prices were reasonable. Very crowded during a UFC fight. Younger, fun crowd.

They have it all - Great atmosphere. excellent service, great food and fabulous drink specials. been going here for 14 years to watch my team play or before the Rockies games to hang out on the outdoor patio. The have won numerous awards for being Denvers Best!

I'm not a huge fan of sports bars for their own sake but I will say that Sports Column is one of the better places in LoDo to watch a game (...even if you are a Redsox or Cowboys Fan or some other kind of @$$wipe) . They have a ton of wide-screens and can pretty much access any sporting event you might want to watch. Food-wise it's pretty much what you'd expect in a sports bar... apps, wings, burgers, samplers, etc. That being said, nobody that I know goes to watch a game and orders Duck Confit. The food is not overpriced, the portion size is good, and it comes quickly even when it's busy. One of the best parts of Sports Column is that it's a pretty big bar. Even on big game days there is usually elbow room which is a good thing for riot prevention when you have Bears/Packers and Cowboys/Redskins on the same day. I mean, nobody want's to get blood on their wings, right?

If you want to watch the game while you're out, they've got it. Doesn't even matter which sport, hockey will be on one screen while football is on another. But the Monday nights there are better than most for the fact that if the quarterback gets sacked, it's two dollar shots. Referee gets knocked down? Fifty cent shots of Jack. Kick-off returned for a touchdown in the second half? Free bar tab. You can't beat it! This and more, it's the Monday night football blooper specials! Play pool if you want, the alcohol is decently priced, and the crowd is a fun one. For you smokers, there's even an open air roof with bar, that way you can keep your alcohol on you, and still be part of the party!
