Offering the rich and historical tradition of the Vaganova ballet style to give today's students technical mastery and artistic excellence. Owners and Directors, Maria Tyukova and Alexei Tyukov, opened Rocky Mountain Ballet Academy in the summer of 2017 after Alexei retired as Principal Dancer of Colorado Ballet and Maria closed a previous studio where she was awarded the 2017 Outstanding Teacher Award through Youth America Grand Prix. Serving the greater Denver area of Colorado, RMBA provides exceptional ballet training, as well as classes with top-industry teachers in modern, jazz, tap, character, conditioning, boys ballet and Russian language.
