Ok, so my original intent was to hire a bankruptcy lawyer to help me file for Chapter 13. I called Parkes Law Group LLC for help. The bankruptcy attorney I spoke with said he could settle the debt for me because bankruptcy would hurt my credit. I plan on buying a house sometime in the future so I definitely don't want to mess up my credit score! I decided to try to settle the debt. It was about 1 month ago when I hired this law firm. I just heard from them this morning that one of my main creditors has accepted our settlement offer! That's great news! I highly recommend Parkes Law Gorup!
