OK, I'll admit I probably should have asked how much it would cost to have my wedding dress cleaned when I dropped it off for cleaning only, no preservation. It just NEVER occured to me that it would cost $300! I paid $400 for the dress. When I called to complain I was told it was discounted from $400 for the cleaning. I told them they should tell people what the approximate cost will be when the price is going to be that high. She said they don't have to do that. We've been using this cleaner for many years. Even though they are a block away, we will never go there again. After telling my story to my friends they will never go there again. They were just as shocked as I was. After checking prices on the internet I find this cleaners to be unfairly charging their customers.
