I will say that this place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Went for a simple download of a smart start interlock device and when a charge of 50 dollars additional to what I had been told on the phone, Justin proceeded to puff out his matter of factly chest and get the head person of smart start on the phone the shove it in my face as a gesture of good morningness f--- you. Not one time did I ever get a chance to explain what had transpired and at that point did not really want to do anything but leave. I decided to hand back my loyalty card to Dino (owner) and told him I did not need that anymore because I would never be returning for any service of any kind after dealing with a sawed off punk behind the counter that is begging to have his a** kicked. After some words exchanged with Dino and the highly functioning idiot named Justin, I was told that I am in the wrong by having a attitude about questioning a additional charge and that Justin was in the right. Weird business practices here as I had always assumed the customer was always right. I mean I did go there to pay for a service but lost all desire as I watched a owner stick up for the village idiot (Justin) and watch a paying customer walk away, never to return and make it a mission to spread the word that no one in need of having mechanical repairs, a U-Haul, interlock service or a drink of water ever spend a penny in this establishment only to server as a reminder to Dino that customer service is the only way to keep customers happy. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR ANY REASON. BAD BAD BAD
