I heard good things about this company so I chose to use them, I regret that choice very much. I ordered 2 window well covers and was very clear about the choice of material. However the employee ordered the wrong material and since they said they made them already I had to pay for them any way and would have to pay double to get the ones I asked for in the first place. I was told they would work on trying to work it out with me, instead they charged me the full amount, ignored me, and did not give me or install the wrong order they charged me for. I still can't wrap my head around it. To recap, they made the mistake, took my money, and gaveme nothing! This is not a joke, this is exactly what happened. Would you want to use such rude dishonest people? Trust me, stay clear of this place. 0 customer service.
