The homes are great and it's nice having the school near by. There are plenty of parks for the kids to play, but during the summer I find it difficult to go to the local pool because smoking is permitted and who wants to come up for air when it stinks like cigarette and during the winters its horrible the street have very steep hills and are extremely dangerous with snow and the office never sends anyone to clean them, not to mention that the power goes out easily and so do the water lines. I only live here because it affordable but if I could I would find a better park that cares about the people and children living here.

Don't rent from this Mobile Home Community- Ever, Research and read the posts. They promise you discounted rent and then because it wasn't written in your lease they decline the offer. There are signs all over their building - reduce rent- Don't beleive it. They also tow your car for no reason other than just being Rich SOB's. Listen and Learn from this posting. Renters have Rights and Colorado doesn't do a thing for the Renters! IT is ashame because people need to live somewhere.

my family has live here for 20+ years. those at KINGSLEY MANAGEMENT in provo utah, who own this mobile home park, refuse to repair the damage to our roof caused by squirrls who had been jumping from the ajacient empty lots trees on our home. it took them nearly 8 weeks to finally cut the branches down. and they had our mothers car towed illegally and no one wants to be responsible for it. the people who run this community couldn't care less about their long time residents, we pay $604.00 per mo for a piece of dirt. no one should be treated like this.
