Junior League Second Time Store Pros: Boutique-like, well-organized layout Cons: Poor customer service, New management policies rudely communicated On September 27th, I stopped by JL Second Time Shop in Happy Canyon shopping center to return items I had purchased two days earlier. It was around 1:30pm, and I had hoped I'd be able to get either a credit card return or merchandise credit. All the items had their tags and I had my receipt, instead, I experienced the worst customer service. The sales clerk didnt even have time to speak when another salesperson walked up proceeded to insist upon a new no return policy and rudely persist about how it is against the law for a nonprofit to return items. I had return items in the past, but there was no opportunity to even discuss anything with this salesperson.
