Convenient On-Line Access & Payment Processing We can provide complete electronic processing of dues payments through CC / ACH processing. We can provide both hard copy and electronic copies of monthly statements to your homeowners. We provide each property with their own website and secure online access to Governing Documents, Financial Reports, Board Meeting Minutes, etc. We utilize industry-leading software to process all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Monthly Budgeting and Financial Reporting. In-House Maintenance & Cleaning Staff We are one of the only property management companies to have its own in-house full time maintenance staff and cleaning staff with 24/7 on-call support This enables HMP to ensure the quality and speed of response of the most commonly required services for your property It also enables you to have a single point of contact for issues, such as: Common Area Cleaning Minor Electrical / Plumping work Garage Door Maintenance Snow Removal Carpet Cleaning Power-washing Lighting Issues Painting / Graffiti Removal And many others
