I am always SO happy when I leave Natalia's salon. She is truly gifted with hair. I get balayage hair color and cut when I go to her, and I've always been 100% satisfied. It looks extremely natural and Natalia has suggestions to get our hair looking and feeling the best. I am moving 6 hours away, but will keep Natalia and my hair stylist-she's that good.

I have never been treated as badly as I was by Natalia. She made me feel unworthy of coming to her.



Natalia thinks her way is the only way anyone should get their hair done, and refuses to listen to what the customer wants. I told her I wanted bangs and she REFUSED. She told me "to live with the cut she gave me for a week and if I still wanted bangs to come back and "she" would give them to me for free". So I did, and she still didn't do what I asked. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted and she refused.



I also asked her for layers and she literally gave me layers in the last inch of my hair. I asked her if she could do them so people could actually see them.



My mom went to her for Balayage, and actually called the woman who trained her in NY, in front of her, to get the formula correct, and Natalia responded "My way is better." And it wasn't. Neither of us will be going back. Don't waste your money, but more your hair trusting her.
