This was the worst experience I have ever had. There was a fabrication error due to poor communication with our sales representative, Jackie. When we called to tell her about the error she refused to take responsibility and blamed it on our incorrect terminology. I am not in the business and I said what I wanted in many different way and she said she understood. After talking with one of the owners, Jack, he said he would take care of the error if he saw the word “corner," we showed him the email where the word corner appeared and he said he would call us back. He never did. We tried contacting them via email and several different phone numbers for over two weeks, and no one would respond. We even tried to go in, but Jack was continuously sick or unavailable. Throughout the whole experience Jackie was terrible at responding, and by no means offered good customer service. In the end my kitchen wasn't finished, and we are having to go elsewhere. Eventually we found out that Jack didn't care to resolve the issue and wrote it off. On their home page they praise themselves saying, "GMD is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service in addition to a superior product, our associates take pride in their work and customize each project to suit your lifestyle and ideas"; however in my experience there was no customer service and no superior product. I do not know how Jack and his company can say they take pride in their work, given my experience. I would warn anyone from using this company.

Granite & Marble Designs redid my kitchen in 1 day. Mike spent 2 1/2 hours helping me pick out the perfect stone at the stone supplier. Then they came out and templated my kitchen tops right over the existing ones. One week later they removed my old ugly tops, installed the beautiful granite I chose and hooked up my plumbing all in the same day. Everything went so smooth and their communication and craftsmanship was flawless. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

We saw some of their work at the parade of homes and were very impressed. We have finally decided to redo our Kitchen and master bath. Michael and his team were so nice through the entire process. We are so happy with everything they did. We just had to eat out for a few weeks until the kitchen was done, but oh well at least it was 5280 week. Thanks again.
