Located in Denver’s Dairy Block, For[a]ged is a Japanese restaurant and raw bar, featuring the culinary talents of Executive Chef Duy Pham. Our menu showcases local and seasonal ingredients, and offers dishes such as sushi, traditional Japanese small plates and yakitori lounge fare, as well as private omakase chef tastings. The drink menu features a variety of signature cocktails, beer and wine, including a selection produced exclusively for For[a]ged by celebrity winemaker Jesse Katz. Our restaurant features two levels, comprised of a mezzanine, a dining room and private dining lounge, all underneath a bespoke, color-changing chandelier made from 370,000 handwoven crystals.
