Equity Commercial Real Estate and Equity Commercial Real Estate Group consists of two Commercial Real Estate Agents, Tom Monks and Bill Colangelo. Tom Monks graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Toledo. Bill Colangelo graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the California Polytechnical Institute. Both worked for a larger firm in the start of heir careers, but found that they could focus better on their customers needs by working in a smaller firm. In 1992 Equity Commercial Real Estate was formed. With a combined real estate experience of over 40 years we have worked with the largest organizations including MCI, UNOCAL, PORTER HOSPITAL, T.D. WATERHOUSE, UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO; to the smallest organizations.
