Complete idiots!! Dr. Alix is my (or mistakenly) my primary care doctor and he is great. This review is no reflection of him in any way. He deserves better. The review is for the front office staff that is so incompetent, they should be in jail. To make a 5 month story short, Dr. Alix's name is on my insurance card and was verified by Cigna that he was my doctor. Additionally I verified with Chris, the operations manager BEFORE making an appointment that I was 100% covered for a physical. They confirmed it when I checked in as well. I had my Physical in December, everything was great but my insurance rejected their bill over and over. Not until 4/16 I finally get another call from Chris that states OOPS, when we got bought out by University of Colorado, Dr. Alex did not renew his agreement with Cigna! I was told I was 100% liable for the checkup, blood-work! $750!!! This is the most ridiculous incompetent negligent front office I have ever encountered. Non caring, rude and unhelpful.
