Had a failed laptop drive and it happened 3 weeks after warranty expired so Best buy said it would take 2-3 weeks to get it back to me as windows vista was on the drive that was gone as well .. I checked out denver Computer and agreed on a new hard drive and copy of Windows 7 which was installed up and running within 24 hours , he even managed to get a bunch of my files recovered of the old drive which i was pleased with and all came in at a lot less than BB had quoted me , will be using again for sure.
