Initially polite but I've never been nervous at the dentist until visiting Blake Street Dental. Unorganized, cancels important appointments, doesn't always have working appliances (wiped out my mouth with cotton squares because suction wasn't working), uses his receptionist as a dental hygienist, doesn't have a dental hygienist, threatening and very temperamental when told that the work he's done still hurts. Overall, a nerve wrecking experience.
