I was there yesterday and let me tell you. AMAZING! Everyone was so friendly and fixed every problem I seemed to have. I cant express how much I love them! They have a customer for life!!!! Thankx guys!!!!

Worst banking experience of my life. They mixed up my account number with another customer and his loan payments began to come out of my account. When I went to this washington mutual they did not help me at all! They gave me a number to call....they did nothing themselves....then i called....was on hold for 45 minutes and finally was told that I should just fill out a comment card! These were large sums of money and they had the guys name and told me that they would mail my comment card and "see what happens" I asked if he had my account number...to which they replied "maybe" they could not answer a single question and never apologized once. I am switching banks and still awaiting hundreds of dollars....kicker is....the loan is to...washington mutual! so this guy is paying them out of my account and they say they cant do anything. Completely incompetent workers. Dont trust your money to these people.
