We had my daughter's letter jacket done there in early December 2008 for Green Mountain High School, and we found out about them through one of the other girls on the Poms squad. Their staff walked us and especially my daughter through all the various options, had her try on several for sizing, and completed the order in about 30 minutes - all with the guarantee we would have it by Christmas. Well, it arrived on the 23rd, was exactly what we ordered - and most importantly she loves it! Very professional, courteous, and helpful staff.
