5/23 Took the truck to Colorado Chassis. Trucks alignment was off. (after 2 attempts, a ton of time, and excuse after excuse from A&E) Colorado Chassis had the truck fixed in no time! Truck drives great, no more issues. Final Conclusion= A&E Tire does not know how to do proper alignments.



5/22 A&E is refunding money. Talked to Wes the owner. We will take truck to Colorado Chassis and see where we go from there. Agreed to tell Wes what the problem was when done at Colorado chassis Will post more info as it is available.

STAY AWAY!

Took my truck down for a front end "check out" and repair whatever it needed. They FAILED. Did an "alignment" and sent me on my way with 2 trashed front tires and shocks. didnt even recommend a wheel balance, offer any remedy. . Went to TDS, they showed me they were "oval" and replaced both front tires and recommended a Shock change. (this was Friday 5/18) Turns out both shocks were trashed. Why didnt A&E notice? Saturday 5/19 took the truck Back to them, they said they couldnt do anything until monday, and it was probally the tires... REALLY!? New tires... hmm. Took truck BACK in Monday 05/20, they put it back on the alignment rack, truck still pulls. The Truck is actually WORSE then before I took it to them, pulls to the right all day long, with two brand new front steer tires and new shocks. Multiple Mechanics says its an alignment! NOT MECHANICAL. Will be attempting to get my EXPENSIVE alignment charge refunded. PS. Alignment tech is extremely RUDE!
