Our first project with united handyman involved replacing our cedar siding with Hardie Plank, upgrading two doors, changing the trim-out of two windows, and moving an existing window. Ceasar and his team were great to work with – so, it was an easy decision to have Ceasar take on the remodeling of our master bathroom . The final results? – Wonderful!!! We STILL comment daily on how happy we are with our choices. The new layout makes the area easy to use; the carpentry and tile work are beautiful. We wanted the walkout basement finished in our 2007 ranch in order to provide more space for entertaining family and friends. The 1000 square foot area could provide a family area for grandkids to play, a serving area for Grammy dinners, a sewing/guest room with walk-in closet for extra overnight guests and a full bath. After showing our plans to several contractors and receiving bids we found just what the Doctor ordered with Cesar and his crew. His quote was very competitive and the project was completed on time, within budget, and with quality workmanship throughout. We found Cesar cooperative and anxious to satisfy our expectations. Great service with quick response time! I have been using the United Handyman for repairs since 2008. They have repaired leaky pipes, replaced a leaking toilet, rebuilt a stone mailbox, installed an attic fan, replaced light switches, installed gutter guards...just a few of the many projects they have done for me. The work is done quickly and at a reasonable price. The owner, Cesar, responds to my requests promptly and sends the same repairman to my house (Sal) usually within 24 - 48 hours of my request. It's hard to know what the customer wants (sometimes she doesn't know) but they listen, ask questions, they are able to categorize which suggestions would cost the most and the least and offer alternatives--these are important in making decisions. They are very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. I know the job will get done right the first time. They are very knowledgeable and know exactly what needs to be done, and they do it well. Once we finally decided on starting this project, Cesar honored his original quote which was late last year and reviewed the project again to make sure that we still wanted the same things. They did a great job on the project and I have recommended them to others.

Ceasar and Sal are extraordinary!!!. They are very knowledgeable in all technical areas (electric, plumbing, painting, drywall, etc.) and were able to work on multiple projects around the house. They were also able to do all of the projects in less time than the original estimate, which saved me a good chunk of money. I would use Ceasar's service again for any project around the house.
