Sadly, after being a loyal customer for several years, I am done! They are among the worst with regard customer service and progressively getting worst. Over the last few visits, I've been subjected to empty promises for parts, services, timeframes, and/or pricing; listening to their unprofessional conversation topics and vulgar banter; phone calls unanswered or un-returned (placed on hold for no less than ten minutes, at which time I hang up and call back only to experience the same hold times). Most recently, I had a tire separate and blow out causing substantial damage to my truck. I only went in to inquire about doing a warranty claim for the tire. I was immediately told "There's nothing we can do" and "I don't know what else to tell you" and "You have to call the manufacturer". All of these statements came without even looking at the tire. So I called the manufacturer only to be told that the store needs to "inspect" and "initiate and submit a claim". So I returned to the store to pass on the contact information and instructions and was told that they would contact the manufacturer and I would get a call back the next business day. A week goes by and no such call back occurred despite my several calls to inquire. So I called the manufacturer again and was told that the store did call and that the store was "reluctant" to do a claim for me but she couldn't give details. When I called the store and demanded not to be placed on hold, I was eventually told that the manufacturer "refused" to honor the warranty. So who's lying to me? After all of the thousands of dollars I've spent with 4wheel parts and all of the people and business I've referred to them, I don't deserve to be lied to and treated like this. It's too bad, but they've lost the kind of customer most businesses cannot afford to lose. Another tire store is working with me to get the claim submitted. They are also getting my business from now on.
