Highly recommended My family, specifically my son, has been training with Sensei Bedwell for 6 years. He has learned and continues to learn and master the art of self defense, gung fu and many other techniques taught at the Dojo and with every lesson he gets better. I have trained there myself and witnessed many local residents attend weekly groups as well as private sessions, men and women of all ages. The people that come to train become strong and confident. In my opinion it is a beautiful and necessary space where any person with a desire to learn can come and study martial arts at their own pace.
