I sent it in to get another diamond set back in early September 2014, it is now January 2015. No one can tell me when i would get my ring back or where my ring was. 1 month after i dropped it off they called me to bring my ring certificate in because they said they needed it before they could do anything with my ring. (They have had my ring for 1 month and had done nothing with it). I brought in the certificate and another month went by and they contacted me to see if i could bring my certificate up again. They had either lost what I gave them a month ago or just dont have a clue what is going on. (Now it has been 2 months without any progress with my ring). Zales has had my ring more than i have.
