Lived here for about a year, worst experience of my life. The receptionist is a thief, and a loar. She will tell you one thing but when it comes down to it will turn around and say another thing. She tells you what she wants so you trip over yourself and she gets more money. She'll give false information and false corporate numbers so she won't get in trouble. Worst place to live. They'll scam you and fine you for little things. Highly highly recommend avoiding this place .

I was a resident of Silver Dome MHP for years, then it sold out to the new owner. Then all the rules and fines started. Fined for having rocking chairs in my screened- in porch. Fined when our dog was in the porch without a leash and being attended(we were home). If you refused to pay the fines, part of your rent payment went towards the fine and your rent was considered late and there was a fine for that. Once the fines totaled three months rent he could legally put a lean on your trailer house. The man is a shark. It once was a nice place to live, then we felt like we were in a prison. Needless to say we no longer live there

Disgusting place. Excessive noise. Complete disregard for neighbors. Pets loose all over the park. Management is worthless. Can't have window a/c units. Can't have tv antennas. Manager does nothing about the problems. Only good thing are the nice sized lots. Otherwise I would not recommend this disgusting place to anyone.

Beautiful, large lots full of trees. Like living in the country instead of the usual mobile homes stacked up like dominoes. Management could be nicer, but although they are a bit over the top it does keep the place clean and well run. Easy access to the highway. Elementary school only a block up the road, and the bus comes directly to the park for middle and high schools. Great place to raise kids. Quiet for retirees. Overall, a bargain for the lot rent they charge.
