      Top Hat Chimney Sweep arrived at the prearranged time. He cleaned out the chimney, gave me good advice for burning firewood and was very pleasant. I will certainly use them from now on.

      Just called this place and the associate that answered the phone and says, "I'm on the line with another customer what did you need." Customer sevice is horrible!
