I rode on this transportation and left my bag on it with medication for my diabeties. I call several times and finally someone said the driver walked in with my bag. Mind you I have medication and all my personnel information including my medical information. At first they said they was going to have my bag with the driver when he arrive to pick me up. Then I called back and this lady said its not her priority at the moment but when she can she will find someone to bring it to me. Now mind you they said it will be with the driver that picks me up now they don't know. So if I get real sick this company doesn't care. Think about it would you ride again? I'm a crippled person on serveral medications all day and have a caregiver that travels with me.
