BUYER BEWARE!! We were going through this company for a desktop computer, and just about when we got it paid off with only $80 left to owe, the CD Rom got messed up. They offered to fix the CD Rom for us for free since we were still paying on it, so they picked up the computer. Originally they said it would only take a couple of days.. which then turned into 2 weeks.. and now it's been 2 months and still no computer!!! They supposively put it in their "shop", and says the "shop" wont answer their calls, or email. Every time I go in there asking yet AGAIN, they just smile at me and say "sorry we dont know when it's going to be here, but we'll call you when it does". In no way do they even appear concerned or really even helping us in getting back our computer! Only "help" they offered, was to let us sign ANOTHER agreement on a laptop that's supposed to be a loaner where they want $1000 (if paid out) on a 20gb with NO RAM of a laptop with scratches all over it! TOTAL RIP OFF!!

Then they shipped it off to their "shop" and said at most it would take "2 weeks". We even paid another $40 on it while "in the shop". Now 8 weeks later still no computer, and they are giving us the story that their "shop" won't answer the phone or respond to their so called "emails". In NO WAY are they even acting like they want to help us with getting it back! Instead they tried to "loan" me a laptop that they are wanting us to pay for until the desktop comes back in. Their laptops are a TOTAL RIPOFF!! They want $1000 (if paid out) for a 25gb hard drive with NO ram and has scratches all over it!!! For more info look them up on www. rip off report .com!!
