      I've been involved in the Integrative Health Field for over 15 years. I'm a Counselor and I also practice Therapeutic Massage. I work in Denton Texas, and Richardson.I work with a diverse population of people needing help with Anxiety, Anger Management, Abuse / PTSD, Relationship Enhancement / Couples Therapy, Depression, Loss and Grief, Trauma, Personal Growth, Career Changes, and general wellness issues. I also have extensive experience working with people suffering from chronic health and pain issues. I use a diverse approach in working with each individual including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Body Centered Therapy, Person Centered, and Relaxation Techniques. My goal is to help people heal by gently reminding them who they are and of their potential, while providing them with the tools to discover this.
