While my husband saw Dr. Sayani, I had another person do my eye exam. This person did not introduce herself and basically sat me in a chair and started testing, which went way too fast for a complete exam. When my eyes were dilated, she sent me to a man who was trying to sell me glasses. I don't know who he was. Anyone who has had their eyes dilated knows you can't see anything clear. When I left, no eye protection was given to me and absolutely no personal care. This place is a factory and we will never return. The best place for an excellent eye exam & glasses is Wedgwood Optical in Ft. Worth. I'm still looking for somewhere near Denton. Anyone see degrees or certified papers on the wall? I'm giving this place a one star because they were open!

My overall experience with Dr. Sayani was very good. She is very thorough in her exam and takes the time to explain everything in detail. The only reason I did not give her a 5 star rating is because of her staff. They talk loudly about personal matters and can be heard clearly by patients in the waiting room. The last time I was there I couldn't concentrate on reading because of the noisy chatter.

The worst doctor's office experience I have ever had. The waiting list for appointments is endless, the receptionists were unhelpful, unsupportive, and they gave me the run-around for so long on getting a prescription filled that I had to get on the waiting list for another appointment.

My husband and I have seen many eye Dr.'s in our70 plus years. Dr. Sayani is the best! She has done four sugeries on my eyes..and my husband has had two. Both of us have done well! She is very competent with her surgeries, thorough with her exams and her staff is great also!

Appointment staff rude not very helpful. It seems you pay for an eye exam but never get a prescription for glasses you are charged for all kinds of procedures your not sure they were even preformed.

I do NOT recommend Dr. Sayani at all. She gave substandard care and charges a premium for it. She is unwilling to admit she did not provide satisfactory service and still bills as though she has done her job. If you have any difficulty fitting contacts DO NOT use Dr. Sayani. ZERO stars.
