I made an online reservation for this location for a 24 ft truck 2 weeks in advance. I also called to confirm my reservation 48 hours before arriving. When I got there to pick it up they did not have the truck available, or ANY equipment that I reserved (5 dozen furniture pads plus 1 appliance dolly). I was offered a 16 ft truck instead with no equipment. My wife and I both can not believe this place is still in business! I highly recommend NOT using this location. We were lucky that a U-Haul location nearby was open and available to take our business. The only thing they did right was drive me over to U-Haul. Save yourself the headache and got to the U-Haul location off of HWY 35 they were very helpful and came through for us after Budget left us hanging.
