      October 5 2010 I was in the office today and you refused to do work on my bridge...What really hurt me the most was that you would'nt tell me to my face. I have known you since 2006 and this was the first time i felt mistreated. I have always paid for the work you have done. I would like an apology... Kelly Buckle
