Purchased IPad through promotional advertisement in local newspaper. Did not have what they advertised. Returned after for information, but Did not have what I needed. Last time I visited, only one person working and spent at least ten minutes with another customer and never acknowledged me. On all occasions I ended up in Hyannics for service.

Super friendly staff, great prices, and a wealth of knowledge and support on all things electronic, not just Apple products. Forget Hyannis, this is the place to go.
