General Info: The Venue on Main Denison is a historic downtown event ballroom. Capacity is 90. This space is suitable for a wide variety of events - Weddings with ceremony, dancing and dinner. Anniversary and birthday parties. Our rent is by the day 9am - midnight. The rent includes tables and chairs, some decorative lighting and a sound system. We do not provide set up or take down; that is the renters responsibility. We have an open vendor policy for catering, equipment, music etc. We require an additional $250.00 refundable damage deposit. Saturday - $750.00 Friday and Sunday $500.00 Monday - Thursday $300.00 There is a utility room with large triple sink sink, no appliances or kitchen. There are three working areas, one in the back and one small room inside the venue. There is alley access for delivery and clean up. Rental includes the following furnishings: 100 - Chairs 14 - Long tables, 6’ x 2 foot , 2 - 8 foot banquet tables I attached our rental agreement A deposit of $100.00 holds your date with the remaining rent owed 30 days prior to the event.
