Providing You with Health Care at Home Red River Health Care Systems, Inc. provides Personal Assistance Services to Medicaid individuals in Texas and Oklahoma. To receive these in-home services, the patient must medically and financially qualify through each states Medicaid program. If qualifications are met, the services are at NO COST to the patient. We have been providing quality service since 1975.
