These services are staffed by Elizabeth Ranniger, MD, a Board–certified pediatrician; Eric Simons, MD, FACOG, Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology; and David Wright, DO, a Board-certified general surgeon. Anesthesia services are led by Edward Cutler, CRNA, DNP, APRN.

With six board-certified/board-eligible family medicine physicians and six advanced medical practitioners, the Main Campus staff is proud to serve the residents of Crawford County. CCMH Medical Clinic - Main Campus is a certified Medicare and Medicaid provider-based rural health clinic (RHC).
- Emergency CareCrawford County Memorial Hospital has a fully-staffed Emergency Room available 24 hours a day throughout the year. All patients are accepted for care, regardless of ability to pay.
- ColonoscopyA colonoscopy is an effective examination used to look inside the entire colon and rectum. The exam is used for both diagnostic (determining the cause of colorectal problems) and screening (cancer prevention) purposes.
- ElectrocardiogramPhysicians can order an EKG (electrocardiogram) to check for problems with electrical activity of your heart to help diagnose cardiac conditions. CCMH offers a 12-lead EKG and 24 to 48 hour Holter Monitors. In addition, the department provides event recorders and wireless EKG testing.
- Urinary IncontinenceUrinary incontinence is best treated through surgery. These surgical procedures are designed to correct stress incontinence when weakened pelvic floor muscles allow the bladder to drop. These surgeries lift the urethra and bladder back into normal position, making incontinence much less likely.

Dr. Simons had been working part-time for CCMH, and for a variety of other healthcare providers, providing OB-GYN services.

- Prostate CancerThe screening also includes an assessment of your height, weight and blood pressure. Additionally, individuals have the option of paying for screens for prostate cancer or thyroid testing. Because the clinic provides screening tests only, insurance is not billed. Appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling 265-2501.

Play Therapy is a structured approach to therapy that builds on the normal learning processes of children. Therapists utilize play therapy to help children express what is troubling them. It also helps with the expression of thoughts and feelings. Overall, the outcome of counseling shows improved results in behavioral and emotional functioning. - MRIMagnetic Resonance Imaging, or MRI, is a painless and safe diagnostic procedure that uses a powerful magnet and radio waves to produce detailed images of the body's organs and structures. This type of exam is done without the use of X-rays or other radiation. The images produced by MRI show the exact details of the inside of the body. CCMH utilizes a state-of-the-art, in-house, large bore MRI to provide exams Monday through Friday.

- MammographyIn 2D digital mammography, X-ray beams are captured on a specially designed digital camera and a computer to produce an image. Unlike film-based mammography, digital mammograms produce images that appear on the technologist's monitor in a matter of seconds. The images are then sent electronically to the radiologist to review.
- Computed TomographyComputed tomography (CT) is a painless procedure that utilizes a sophisticated x-ray technique. During this scanning process, multiple images are taken. A computer then gathers these images and puts them into complete, cross-sectional pictures ("slices") of soft tissue, bone, and blood vessels. The types of images obtained through a CT or CAT scan cannot be seen on a standard x-ray exam. Because of this level of detail, CT scans can sometimes allow an earlier diagnosis to be made and more successful treatment of many diseases.
- ChemotherapyInjections – These can be given to chemotherapy patients, as ordered by their oncologist, who have low blood counts and are in need of improving their blood counts to stay on schedule with their treatment. Medication injections can also be given to persons suffering from chronic diseases as treatment for their condition.

- Wound CareCrawford County Memorial Hospital offers a variety of Same Day Services, such as injections, IV fluids and infusions, blood transfusions and dressing changes/wound care. These services provide added convenience for patients who require medical treatments without the need for inpatient admission. Most insurance policies will cover these types of Same Day Service treatments in an outpatient hospital setting.

- Physical TherapyCrawford County Memorial Hospital staffs a respected physical therapy department to treat or rehabilitate injuries and assist with recovery from orthopedic surgeries. The CCMH gym is fully equipped for these purposes and we offer physical therapy on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.
- Occupational TherapyOccupational therapy assists patients in obtaining their maximum level of function in the areas of Activities of Daily Living (eating, dressing, bathing, cooking, etc.), work, and leisure. This can take place after any type of illness or injury. Examples include, but are not limited to, the following: strokes, hip/knee replacements, head injuries, generalized weakness, arthritis and fractures or tendonitis of the elbow, wrist, and hand.
