Steven Madden, a graduate of McNeese State University has been designing houseplans since the early 1990's. He quickly picked up residential home design working for an architectural firm in Lake Charles, Louisiana, while still in college. Mr. Madden has been providing custom house plans since then, and the business is really growing. Starting from a small home office in his home to a nice office space in the heart of Denham Springs. We have provided custom plans for people all over the state of Louisiana as well as parts of Mississippi, and Arkansas.
