this is the worst decision I have ever made in my life. Not only are the workers rude and do not know what they are doing, they have no idea what you pay or how long you should. I am currently returning the furniture as we speak. They have showed up three times to my home to get my furniture, stating that I had not paid my account, when in fact ,my bill was not due for two more weeks. someone changed me and my husbands name in the account four times and when our payment was to be due. it was not either of us. They are lazy and will not bring your furniture to your home until they decide they want to and that can take three weeks. Its a scam and I pray no one else has to deal with this. Just buy a couch off craigslist, you would be better off.

my husband and I visited this store this past weekend, when walking in we were hit with the most awful smell of mold and mildew, only 5 minutes or so while very quickly walking through the store to find a certain recliner we both started coughing sneezing and became sick afterwards with sinus infections. I would not recommend anyone renting anything stored in this store, and I am appalled that people actually have to work in that environment. on top of that the store was very warm which added to it, I will never return there for any reason.
