For Quality and Affordability, Look For The "G" Our sheds are built by Mennonites in Milan, NM.Benefits we have that our competition doesn't have are: 2x6's with hurricane clips, rated at 150 mph., roof ridge vent and eaves with soffit, keeps it 10-15' cooler in summer, ALSO we have the new Silver Solar Shield, keeps it another 10-15' cooler, our centers are 16" compared to competition at 24", double plate above and double every 4', bracing above and below windows, house size door, not trailer, our floors are 5/8" heavier than others and underneath are more of the 2x6's with the clips, sits on 4x6 treated skids. If you have hard dirt like most of us, then you don't have to pour concrete, just sit on the ground. So with ALL these benefits, WHY would you want to BUY anywhere else. We offer No Credit Check, No Security Deposit, No Delivery Charge within 50 miles of any locations. We offer payment plan of 36 and 60 months. We now have 7 RV Parks that allow their visitors to purchase or rent our buildings and have them right beside their RV or Trailer so they don't have to carry everything back and forth each season. I carry several different models and sizes on my lot. If you choose a building on my lot you may have it delivered within a week, if we need to order something for you, it is only 15 working days to build and deliver.       We have 12 different models with 110 different sizes and lots more configurations available. We have the NEW 14' WIDE BUILDINGS AVAILABLE and more New Items Coming. It's no wonder, people can't just buy 1 building, they usually end up with 2 or 3. I guess it's like potato chips, you can't just have 1.
