Deltona Aluminum built a sun room for me about 7 months ago and I could not be happier. It is air conditioned and we've used it as we would the rest of our house through the cold parts of the year as well as the blazing hot. I have zero complaints and working with them was a breeze. Recently we celebrated my daughters birthday at my house in late May on a very hot day. A majority of the time we had over 25 people in the sun room. The room was able to keep itself cool with an air conditioner that I bought from Home Depot with no problem. Simply amazing.
