It's not a true authentic Chinese restaurant. However, I must say the food was very good. It is "always" fresh as if they they just made it. I am very pleased with their quick service and tasty food. They give you good portions as well. This is about the best fast food Chinese restaurant around. Lo mein is actually just as good as authentic restaurants.
