I highly recommend this for those who are into practicing yoga in a heated room - they do a few different types. They boast no carpeting and "State of the art flooring". I will say it makes a difference - there is no musty smell, and it's some kind of rubberized material that is easy on my knees and back. They often play soft music during class depending on the teacher - which I like. They have a shower (clean) and a really cool salt water tank in the lobby. The studio's color scheme is quite nice too. I always have a great class there. There is no militant attitude I've seen at other Hot Yoga places, so it's great for newcomers.
